For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith, (Romans 1:17).
We are living in times where sin is rampant and with the wicked breathing out violence, threatening a great many with loss of income if they don’t take the abominable jab. The Lord does not want us to fret nor fear. No matter what times or seasons we are living in, His promises are STILL “yes and amen”.
“For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us,” (2 Corinthians 1:20).
God is calling His children to live from faith to faith, to take Him for His Word that we can be kept in perfect peace and not fear the threats of the enemy. Not only not fear them but overcome them by faith.
His Word says HE WILL supply all our needs according to His riches and glory! He said it, therefore it is settled. We can have bold, expectant faith, enter His rest, and trust all will be well.
Here’s a quote from the above documentary…
“For George Muller, prayer and the study of God’s Word was the key to understanding God’s will. Once he knew that, it was just a question of trusting Him to do it in His own way and in His own time. Muller believed with all his heart that God answers the prayers of His people. Not as a reward for being good or sincere but because they believe in His Son, Jesus Christ.”
100% truth! Praise You, Lord and Good Father that we receive from You by what Jesus already did for us not by our “do” or “don’t do” – by grace alone through faith. Hallelujah!
This is key indeed!
To know His Word is to know His will, to know His will is to pray bold prayers of faith expecting to have what we have asked of Him in prayer, NOT because we are good, but because we believe in Jesus Christ, His Son! By faith because of His grace. Thank You, Jesus!
“Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him,” (1 John 5:14-15).
God cannot lie! Gone must be the days of secondhand faith. We can’t trust any man (pastor, etc.) to rightly divide the Word for us in these evil times. NO! We must know the Word for ourselves, therefore know His will, so we can pray and receive not only His promises but to also use our authority to destroy the works of the devil in people’s lives – heal the sick, cast out demons, raise the dead!
God isn’t glorified when the works of the devil aren’t destroyed. His Word is clear that when we have victory over the enemy, that’s when He is glorified. (Isaiah 61).
