This 8×10 prayer journal contains 90 blank, lined pages – the perfect blank canvas for your precious time with the Lord.
The bible says in John 10:27 that “His sheep hear His voice.” It is the perfect vessel to help grow your relationship with Jesus as well as encouraging your faith by recording prayers, His mighty works, answers to prayers, words, revelations on scriptures, and blessings on behalf of you, yours, and others.
The cover is matte and features a beautiful flower wreath on a teal background.
Have eyes to see we are in a time of war – great spiritual warfare, good vs. evil – therefore, we must pray accordingly and have a stomach for due justice for the wicked.
For a just God to allow wicked, bloodthirsty men to get away with their crimes forever would make Him unjust as well us unmerciful towards the innocent and oppressed crying out to Him day and night.
Earthly justice is not eternal damnation and is something God brings to pass when the righteous pray for justice.
Of course, God’s Word defines and clearly describes what a wicked man or woman looks like, so we when we see one (or a great many as is today), then we know when we need to change our prayer and spiritual warfare strategies.
Let’s see how the Lord defines and describes the wicked, so we know how to pray and as well as praise Him that He will deal with them when we cry out to Him according to His Word:
The wicked in his pride persecutes the poor; Let them be caught in the plots which they have devised. ~ Psalm 10:2
A wicked person is prideful and persecutes the poor. We can see this with polititians today whose only motivation is greed and power, who lie to keep people chained and dependent upon their meager “benefits” in exchange for votes.
How we can pray when we see such as these?…
Father, let them be caught in the plots which they have devised in Jesus’ name, amen.
Sadly, I’ve seen a great many Christians who’ve hardened their hearts towards the victims of the wicked and refuse to pray for justice which is MERCY for the oppressed.
Some also unscripturally quote Jesus when He was on the cross and say, “Forgive them for they know not what they do,” and apply it to every wicked thing people do and forever leave it at that and never cry out for the poor, needy, oppressed, and those who need justice.
Jesus said these Words referring to the Jews who didn’t know they had cruficied their Messiah, NOT that every evil the wicked commit is done because they “know not what they do,” in fact the Word says the wicked PLAN and PLOT their evil ways and schemes in advance and lie in wait for the innocent.
Lord God, give Your people eyes to see it’s innappropriate to say, “Forgive them for they know not what they do,” and turn it into a doctrine that applies to all evil deeds, rendering Your people prayerless and passive in both praying for and doing justice for the oppressed.
As if the wicked do not know they are murdering an unborn baby when they slaughter it through abortion and have their meetings at abortion centers marketing their evil to women and calling it healthcare, women’s rights, etc. and on and on and on.
3 For the wicked boasts of his heart’s desire; He blesses the greedy and renounces the Lord. 4 The wicked in his proud countenance does not seek God; God is in none of his thoughts.
5 His ways are always prospering; Your judgments are far above, out of his sight; As for all his enemies, he sneers at them. 6 He has said in his heart, “I shall not be moved; I shall never be in adversity.” 7 His mouth is full of cursing and deceit and oppression; Under his tongue is trouble and iniquity.
8 He sits in the lurking places of the villages; In the secret places he murders the innocent; His eyes are secretly fixed on the helpless. 9 He lies in wait secretly, as a lion in his den; He lies in wait to catch the poor; He catches the poor when he draws him into his net. 10 So he crouches, he lies low, That the helpless may fall by his strength. 11 He has said in his heart, “God has forgotten; He hides His face; He will never see.”
12 Arise, O Lord! O God, lift up Your hand! Do not forget the humble. 13 Why do the wicked renounce God? He has said in his heart, “You will not require an account.”
14 But You have seen, for You observe trouble and grief, To repay it by Your hand. The helpless commits himself to You; You are the helper of the fatherless. 15 Break the arm of the wicked and the evil man; Seek out his wickedness until You find none.
16 The Lord is King forever and ever; The nations have perished out of His land. 17 Lord, You have heard the desire of the humble; You will prepare their heart; You will cause Your ear to hear, 18 To do justice to the fatherless and the oppressed, That the man of the earth may oppress no more.
So thankful that God brings the wicked to justice for a great many bloodthirsty men and women are being used by satan to violently pursue our children with great evils and abominations! Thank You for Your MERCY towards the oppressed and those who need justice.
But they, measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise. – 2 Corinthians 10:12
God’s Word is full of life, health, help, AND WARNINGS intended to protect us and our faith. And He used the lead verse, 2 Corinthians 10:12, to teach me to NEVER compare myself to others when I am standing on one of His yes and amen promises to have victory in and over a situation.
Why? One of the main reasons is because…
“Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it,” (Matthew 7:13-14).
Matthew 7:13-14 makes it clear: MOST people don’t bother to seek and find that path that leads to life nor choose to live by His Word and let it alone be a lamp unto their feet.
For example, I was praying with a distraught woman in a difficult situation, and she kept speaking death, doom, and destruction regarding the matter.
I asked the Lord for the strength and grace and the right words to help her see that her words were not words of faith nor were they scriptural. This precious woman and child of God answered, “Well, that’s how I hear most Christians speak about things too,” meaning negative, defeated, and as if God didn’t fill His Word with promises that applied to her, as if His arm was too short to save.
Once again, I silently asked the Lord to help me help her. I was extremely sad for her and those like her who have been born again for a long time especially and who refuse to consider their Good Heavenly Father’s Word and help for themselves.
He reminded me of the time several years ago when I was praying for something that was only possible with God, and He clearly told me by His Spirit: Never compare yourself or situation and its expected outcome to other believers’ or the negative outcomes of their situations (e.g. they weren’t healed from a sickness) because narrow is the path that leads to life and only a FEW find it, and MANY are walking the broad path that leads to destruction (Matthew 7:13-14). We are ONLY to line up our expectations by faith to His Word, will, and promises, and BOLDLY expect to have what we ask for in prayer.
I then told her what the Lord had brought back to my remembrance, so then if we…
are comparing ourselves to others, most especially other believers
have our eyes on others and their words, negative expected outcomes, or negative outcomes.
are focused on what we see happening in their lives
take into consideration what others are saying about what THEY expect to happen MORE than what the POWERFUL Word of God says.
…then we are putting our faith in what is seen and in the words of someone who most likely is walking on the broad path that leads to destruction instead of living by every Word that proceeds from the mouth of God. His own people PERISH for lack of knowledge.
The Lord also reminded me to tell her that in these times “many will deceive and be deceived,” (2 Timothy 3:13).
Therefore, it is a great warning from the Lord since MANY refuse to live by His Word and and are faithless that we must never compare ourselves others, but as His covenant child, we can boldly petition Him according to His will and use our blood-bought authority to command our circumstances to line up with His Word and promises, so the powers of darkness and works of the devil attacking our lives are defeated in our situations by faith because of His grace. Persevere all the way to victory!
We must look to God alone, that when we pray, we are asking according to His will…
“Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we KNOW that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him,” (1 John 5:14-15).
You don’t have to be a victim of the faith killer and unbelief filler: comparing yourself to others.
This is a trick and trap of the enemy to rob His children of their blessings and covenant rights by getting them to reject God’s Word and will for themselves through unbelief and to get them to give up and declare that His very will from His Word “must not be God’s will.”
The enemy seeks whom he may devour, and our Father doesn’t want it to be you!
Be ready at all times with His Word, submit yourself to God (who is the Word), resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
P.S. What was amazing is that soon after He instructed me several years ago to never compare myself to others, He led me to 2 Corinthians 10:12 which I had no idea beforehand there was a verse telling us it is unwise to compare ourselves to others. God is so good!
P.P.S. Yes, we can watch testimonies where the child of God had victory over the works of the devil in their lives.
