Bible Study and Teaching, Happy Mother's Day

Behold your mother (and the long life of the apostle John)

I was reading in John recently and these verses came together and made me wonder if there was a connection between the apostle John honoring Jesus’ “mother” and <a href="http://&lt;!– wp:paragraph –> <p><a href="https://www.whatchristianswanttoknow.com/john-the-apostle-bible-biography-facts-and-death/&quot; target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">https://www.whatchristianswanttoknow.com/john-the-apostle-bible-biography-facts-and-death/</a>I was reading in John recently and these verses came together and made me wonder if there was a connection between the apostle John honoring Jesus' "mother" and his long life in comparison to the other orginal apostles…</p> his long life in comparison to the other orginal apostles

  • “When Jesus therefore saw His mother, and the disciple whom He loved standing by, He said to His mother, “Woman, behold your son!” Then He said to the disciple, “Behold your mother!” And from that hour that disciple took her to his own home,” (John 19:27-28).
  • “Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. “Honor your father and mother,” which is the first commandment with promise: “that it may be well with you and you may live long on the earth,” (Ephesians 6:1-3).

Jesus saw John’s heart and handpicked him to become His mother’s son and Mary his mother. And what a beautiful tribute to her that it was the last thing He took care of on the cross before His death: His mother.

But glory to God, He rose again to life, so we could too if we choose!

Then we read in John 21…

“Then Peter, turning around, saw the disciple whom Jesus loved following, who also had leaned on His breast at the supper, and said, “Lord, who is the one who betrays You?” Peter, seeing him, said to Jesus, “But Lord, what about this man?”

Jesus said to him, “If I will that he remain till I come, what is that to you? You follow Me.”

Then this saying went out among the brethren that this disciple would not die. Yet Jesus did not say to him that he would not die, but, “If I will that he remain till I come, what is that to you?” (John 21:20-23).

Something, we’ll find out why John outlived them (possible to age 98) when we see Jesus face to face but also a reminder to honor our mothers and fathers not only because we should but that it comes with a promise that we may live long on the earth.

Happy Mother’s Day!

Discernment, End Times Church, Vaccines: Truth & Dangers

We don’t follow pastors, we follow Jesus: “If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater” – 1 John 5:9-13

The Word of God is so rich, so powerful, a treasure, life and health to us, and THE lamp unto our feet. I was reading in 1 John 5 today, and the Lord highlighted verses 9-13 to me in light how MANY are being led astray by church leaders to take these abominations – COVID vaccines.

But if they’d simply follow Jesus, the Word, on the matter, then their choice would be crystal clear – NO Christian can take any of these COVID vaccines tainted with cells of babies murdered through abortion.

“If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater; for this is the witness of God which He has testified of His Son.

10 He who believes in the Son of God has the witness in himself; he who does not believe God has made Him a liar, because he has not believed the testimony that God has given of His Son.

11 And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. 12 He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life.

13 These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God,” (1 John 5:9-13).

This is so powerful! Forget the witness of man, we only need the witness of God which is greater! This witness which testifies of the Son.

Who is the Son?

Jesus.

Who is Jesus?

The Word! (John 1:1).

The witness of God will ALWAYS be greater. Why settle for crumbs when we have His glorious Word and Spirit to lead us into all truth? We don’t have to. Hallelujah!

And I love how God never minces words: “…he who does not believe God has made Him a liar, because he has not believed the testimony that God has given of His Son,” (1 John 5:10).

These COVID vaccines pushing pulpits have made God a liar by not believing the Word, Jesus, the witness within of the Holy Spirit.

“These six things the Lord hates,
Yes, seven are an abomination to Him:
17 A proud look,
A lying tongue,
Hands that shed innocent blood,”
(Proverbs 6:16-17)

Abortion is the shedding of innocent blood. The light of the Word in NO WAY directs anyone to take abortion tainted vaccines. God will NOT use evil as a vessel to bless health.

The Lord warns us that in the end times MANY will deceive and BE deceived. We’ve already been warned. We absolutely CANNOT blindly follow the advice of pastors and/or their wives without first checking what the Word, Jesus, has to say about it first.

Does injecting a vaccine into one’s body that was grown and/or tested in the cells of babies murdered through abortion sound like it lines up with the Word of God? Innocent babies whose organs were sold FOR PROFIT, to make vaccines to PROFIT the pharmaceutical companies BILLIONS of dollars.

If the answer is not obvious to you, SPRINT, no looking back from the church you’re a part of because they’ve failed you and the Word miserably.

Christians Taking COVID Vaccines are Perpetuating the Demand for Aborted Babies as Products for Profit

THE PROOF: Many aborted babies are used in vaccine creation
