SWORD & SPIRIT WRITER

I found myself on a highly popular website from looking up the definition of an unknown Christian term that led me to several other posts on their site. Dear Lord, help me. That site grieved me deeply and leans towards making God so small and limited and attacking the Holy Spirit and His gifts and power.

But what grieved me the most were these words which I will accurately paraphrase here:

“God is in control of absolutely everything – past, present, and future – nothing happens outside His command. Not one single particle in the universe moves outside of His command.”

Their words are 100% false and a great heresy against God. And that false doctrine is sadly being spread worldwide.

Their false teaching is EXACTLY why we have:

• millions of passive, do nothing, prayerless born-again Christians who constantly speak and accept defeat.
• children of God who deny the name and blood and power of Jesus, His name, and atonement.
• His people not believing in the His promises and accepting everything that happens to them as His will.
• His people not only denying but attacking the power of the Holy Spirit.
• actual born-again believers who read the words of Jesus who tells us to pray: “Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven,” yet remain in complete unbelief towards the very words of our Savior for their entire walk with Him on the earth and have a poor, non-existent prayer life.

WARNING. GRAPHIC CONTENT. DO NOT READ PAST THIS POINT IF YOU ARE SENSITIVE TO GRAPHIC CONTENT ESPECIALLY VIOLENCE AGAINST CHILDREN.

• By that site’s own false doctrine, they are wickedly accusing God of commanding the 60+ million women to go to abortion clinics and slaughter the babies in their wombs. Babies He created with purpose. Babies who bear His very image. So, they are teaching God commanded all of this. HERESY! Then why pray for the unborn? Why open pro-life ministries and pregnancy centers? Wouldn’t these actions according to them be against what God is commanding anyway? HERESY!
• By their own false doctrine, they are wickedly accusing God of commanding people to kidnap, rape, torture, and sodomize toddlers, all children, teens, women, etc., then disposing of them like garbage in some shallow grave never to be found again. HERESY!

Then they follow up by quoting, “Declaring the end from the beginning, And from ancient times things that are not yet done, Saying, ‘My counsel shall stand, And I will do all My pleasure. Calling a bird of prey from the east, The man who executes My counsel, from a far country. Indeed I have spoken it; I will also bring it to pass. I have purposed it; I will also do it.” (Isaiah 46).

So they spread the lies that God needs millions of aborted babies and hundreds of thousands of raped, tortured, and killed children/people in order to accomplish His purpose and pleasure in the earth.

HERESY! HERESY! HERESY!

SMALL GOD MENTALITY CAUSED BY EDUCATION WITHOUT REVELATION!

Revelation of the Word by the Holy Spirit on God’s overall purposes and plans in the earth come to pass DESPITE all man’s failings and unwillingness to do and be in His will.

Revelation by the Holy Spirit through the Word teaches us that God has His overall purposes and plans in the earth WHILE SIMULTANEOUSLY that EACH person has a purpose and plan for their life.

That God is so GREAT, VAST, and INFINITE, and POWERFUL that He can take ANY combination of billions of people using and doing their free wills and STILL bring His overall purposes and plans to pass in the earth and for the earth.

He’s the GREAT Multiplier. The GREATEST Mathematician whoever has and whoever will live. He doesn’t need these evils against children to bring His pleasure, purposes, and will to pass.

Because evil happens, it doesn’t mean NOR does His Word teach that it is His pleasure and purpose and will for children to be murdered and tortured and that He somehow needs this to happen to bring His purposes, plans, and will to pass.

God’s Word is clear, everything that happens is not His will and people are capable because of free will to NOT do His will:

“And when He had removed him (Saul), He raised up for them David as king, to whom also He gave testimony and said, ‘I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after My own heart, who will do all My will,” (Acts 13:22).

“But the Pharisees and lawyers rejected the will of God for themselves, not having been baptized by him,” (Luke 7:30).

“The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance,” (2 Peter 3:9). <= And we know not all will come to repentance, therefore, capability to NOT do and be in His will.

This IS God’s will:

“Jesus answered him, “The first of all the commandments is: ‘Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ This is the first commandment. And the second, like it, is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these,” (Mark 12:29-31).

This is NOT God’s will but that He inspired its writer to write down FOREKNOWLEDGE of the things to come:

“But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,” (2 Timothy 3:1-4).

2 Timothy 3:1-4 is clearly not God’s will for anyone. He commands us to love Him and people, but because of free will, man chooses to do evil. This points to our absolute need of our Savior, Jesus Christ, NOT that everything that happens or that He recorded in His Word is His will and purpose.

The mentioned site has a VERY LONG, unimpressive list of all its contributors and their education levels, many holding multiple “high level” degrees in some level of theology.

My observation and discernment as a follower of Christ has been:

MORE EDUCATION. LESS REVELATION (as in revelation of the Word by the Holy Spirit).

MORE EDUCATION. MORE HERESY.

MORE EDUCATION. MORE DUMBING DOWN THE WORD.

MORE EDUCATION. THE SMALLER THEY MAKE GOD.

MORE EDUCATION. MORE DENYING AND EVEN ATTACKING THE HOLY SPIRIT AND HIS POWER.

“Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated and untrained men, they marveled. And they realized that they had been with Jesus,” (Acts 4:13).

All we need is the Word and to be utterly surrendered to the Holy Spirit in childlike faith and dependence to understand it. Totally humbled under the hand of God and before Him. He will teach you and lead you into all truth – His.

The Lord reminded me of this and thought it was fitting for this post…So sad, BLIND GUIDES leading people to destruction…

Gag. *fear of the Lord for them*

P.S. I am not anti-education. I am anti-death and anti-attacking the goodness and namesake of the Lord for that is what those lies are doing. Bringing death to His people who perish for lack of knowledge.
