This is from Fresh Start Church in Arizona. I sing it every day in my prayers. Their video in the Pray for the nation from Arizona on Nov 23. it is very powerful. this song starts at 28:50

“What we decree shall be established, the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, we will release our declaration this is the realm of legislation. The song is almost 10 minutes so you can hear the words you miss at the end. Dutch Sheets spoke after the worship.

  Amen Natalie. I watched that Prayer for the Nation on Nov 23rd video as well. It’s where I heard this song for the first time. Love it! The words are so powerful and His truth. I love that you sing it in your prayers! 🙂 God bless you.
