“And behold, the word of the Lord came to him, saying, “This one shall not be your heir, but one who will come from your own body shall be your heir.”

Then He brought him outside and said, “Look now toward heaven, and count the stars if you are able to number them.” And He said to him, “So shall your descendants be.” And he believed in the Lord, and He accounted it to him for righteousness,” (Genesis 15:4-6).

God’s Word is awesome! The Lord promised Abram (who became Abraham) an heir. And what did He do next? He helped Abram enlarge his view of Him. God is so good!

For the past few weeks, the Lord has been saying to me that as His people, we must enlarge our view of Him.

The Lord says to His people again now: Enlarge your view of God.

The timing of these words in my spirit over and over is not a coincidence. I have seen many dark and negative comments from Christ followers about this election. Sadly, many even declaring they’d given up, lost their faith, and fallen into depression. Many also accused the prophets of getting it wrong. Even worse declared President Trump’s defeat and this nation’s as well.

Yikes! Remember what God says: Life and death are in the power of the tongue. Fear and doubt are not God’s will for His children.

The Lord doesn’t want His beloved sons and daughters to be like the spies who saw giants in the land and declared themselves as grasshoppers even though He’d promised them the land was theirs and they already had the victory through Him.

Don’t be like those spies:

“But the men who had gone up with him said, “We are not able to go up against the people, for they are stronger than we.” And they gave the children of Israel a bad report of the land which they had spied out, saying, “…There we saw the giants the descendants of Anak came from the giants); and we were like grasshoppers in our own sight, and so we were in their sight,” (Numbers 13:31-33).

Have faith that believes a promise of God before it sees.

Let’s look to the Word for an example of what faith that believes His promises before it sees looks like.

In Joshua 1:1-3 we read:

“The Lord spoke to Joshua…, saying: “Moses My servant is dead. Now therefore, arise, go over this Jordan, you and all this people, to the land which I am giving to them—the children of Israel. Every place that the sole of your foot will tread upon I have given you, as I said to Moses.”

Based on His promise, they put their faith into action and possessed the land He “had given” them but not before fighting many battles to have it.

Then in Joshua 21:43, 45, we see:

“So the Lord gave to Israel all the land of which He had sworn to give to their fathers, and they took possession of it and dwelt in it. The Lord gave them rest all around, according to all that He had sworn to their fathers. And not a man of all their enemies stood against them; the Lord delivered all their enemies into their hand. Not a word failed of any good thing which the Lord had spoken to the house of Israel. All came to pass.”

A “Yes” answer to prayer from the Lord often comes with battles and obstacles.

Not because He caused the battles but because we have an enemy, the devil, in this world working through those willing to be used by him to oppose us. But if the Lord says, the victory is ours, that’s what we stand on. Unmoved by what is seen.

Child of God, you are not called to faint at the first sign of struggle when you have one of His promises backing you up.

Again the Lord says, “Enlarge your view of God”

Several prophets have predicted a Trump reelection, and with all my heart, I believe the Spirit of God in me confirmed it as well. For many months, I have joined my faith with people worldwide to pray for, “His will be done on earth as it is in heaven,” in agreement with their words from the Lord.

A few days ago, the Lord strongly highlighted 1 Corinthians 2:6-16 to me regarding the “know that we know” by the Holy Spirit regarding how He confirms in us the words He gives prophets. But I’ll share verses 10-16 here:

“But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God. These things we also speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. But he who is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is rightly judged by no one. For “who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him?” But we have the mind of Christ,” (1 Corinthians 2:10-16).

Walk by faith. Not by sight. Only believe. Keep your words lined up with the words of the Spirit.

God is in the midst of this election and has heard our cries for help for this land, President Trump, our children, our freedom, justice for the wicked, justice for the righteous, and the nations.

Prayer

Father, You are mighty to save, and You have spoken. By the Spirit, You’ve revealed Your secrets and mysteries. You are in the midst of what looks like chaos in the natural.

But O, God, how You laugh at the wicked for You know their day is coming, and they will not get away with stealing this election. All the pits and traps they set up for us will trap them instead. Signed. Sealed. And delivered to their own destruction by their own doing.

We praise You for using what was meant for evil for our good and to bring exposure to every dark and wicked thing of the enemy. Those who’ve exalted themselves for so long are about to fall. Those churches and church leaders who’ve sided with darkness and the party of bloodthirst for the unborn are about to fall. All their financial wells are about to dry up. How they’ve grieved You deeply for leading Your little lambs astray.

We refuse to believe the enemy’s reports, the fake news false prophets, and all who are a part of their wicked web of deceit.

It’s separation, exposure, and justice time. Many will fall and Your faithful ones will be promoted. Hallelujah to the Lamb of God!

We thank You that President Trump will be reelected for four more years. By Your Word, we know that “yes” answers to prayers often come with battles and obstacles because we are in a spiritual war. But You have made us mighty in You to destroy the works of the devil in the earth through prayer. We praise Your Holy name!

O God, that the church use this time, this gift of grace in having him as president again to wake up and fulfill the Great Commission in its fulness to glorify the name of Jesus Christ Your One and Only Son throughout all the earth that many be saved, healed, and set free.

You are worthy to be praised and receive all glory, power, and honor.
